If the delivery takes place to a non-EU country, additional customs duties, taxes or fees may have to be paid by the customer, however not to the provider, but to the responsible customs or tax authorities there. The customer is advised to check the details with the customs or tax authorities before ordering.
We manufacture your lamp directly after your order in our lamp factory. If there is a high volume of orders, this may take 1-2 days. Shipping then takes approx. 1-3 working days, so you will have your order in your hands after 4-5 working days at the latest.

Order and return

The ordering process at works exactly as you know it from many online shops.
Here's how to do it:

1. Choose your favorite motif: We offer you over 100 motifs from a wide variety of categories. There is something here for every taste and furnishing style.
2. Choose your shape: We offer two different glass formats into which your motif is engraved. Simply choose what suits your style better, sail or rectangle
3. Choose your color: The aluminum frame of the lamp can be either anthracite or silver. What fits better in your apartment?

Make your selection on the product page and then put your lamp in the shopping cart.
You can then order as a guest or with a customer account using the shopping cart symbol.
In the order menu you will be guided step by step to the respective input fields in a very simple manner. There you can enter your address and choose the desired payment method.
After your order has been successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation email as well as a shipping confirmation when the order has been shipped.

If you have ordered via a customer account, you can also log in at any time and view the status of your order.
If you would like to change something about your order, you can simply write an email to or call us on (+49) 07033 / 69 31 69 0.
This applies, for example, to requests for changes to the glass shape, color, shipping address or shipping date.
Basically, the earlier you send us your change request, the better. We produce every lamp upon customer request - usually on the working day after the order is placed. Ideally, the change request reaches us before the lamp has been engraved.

Tip: Send your order number right away so that we can quickly find out what it's about. You can find the order number in the confirmation email that you received after placing your order - and to which you can also simply reply to contact us.
If, contrary to expectations, the product does not meet your expectations, you can return the lamp.
Please provide sufficient franking for your shipment and let us know in advance by email.

If, despite careful inspection, the product is defective or gives rise to a complaint, please inform us and you will receive a return label from us for free return shipping.
Consumers have a right of withdrawal according to the following conditions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that cannot be predominantly attributed to either their commercial or independent professional activity:

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reasons.
The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier took possession of the last goods.

In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must contact us (inCrystal GmbH, Eythstr. 18, D-71263 Weil der Stadt, Tel.: 07033 69 31 690, Email: by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email) informing you of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached sample cancellation form, although this is not mandatory.
In order to meet the cancellation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.

Consequences of revocation
If you cancel this contract, we will have to pay you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from you choosing a method of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us have) to be repaid immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this repayment we use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless something different was expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees as a result of this repayment. We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have sent the goods back, whichever is the earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen day period has expired.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functionality of the goods.

Exclusion or premature expiry of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.
